CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy At Flawless Skin Solutions, we strive to provide our guests with a relaxing and high-quality experience. To ensure the best service for all of our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy. 1. Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least [24/48]-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within [24/48] hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a [50% or full service charge]. 2. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. After 1 no-show, future bookings may require prepayment or a deposit. 3. Late Arrival Policy If you arrive late, your service time may be reduced to accommodate other scheduled clients. If you arrive more than [15 minutes] late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply. 4. Group & Special Event Bookings Group reservations of 5 or more require [72-hour] advance notice for cancellations. A [50% deposit] is required for group bookings, which becomes non-refundable if canceled within the designated period. 5. Memberships, Packages & Gift Cards Cancellations within the required notice period will allow for rescheduling without penalty. Prepaid packages and gift cards are non-refundable but may be used for rescheduled appointments. 6. Emergency Exceptions We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you. 7.
